By purchasing from BHP Cards, you agree to the following terms and conditions. 

Custom Artwork, Image Uploads & Design Proofs:
- Design Draft & Approval Process: Once your custom vehicle design is completed by our team, we will send a digital artwork proof to you via WhatsApp, Instagram DM, or Email for review. Production and printing will only begin after you have reviewed and approved the design layout. Please monitor your messages after placing an order to avoid production delays.
- Copyright & Ownership: By uploading a vehicle photograph, you confirm that you own the rights to the photo or have permission to use it for custom printing.
- Content Standards: We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order containing inappropriate, offensive, or illegal imagery.

Intellectual Property Disclaimer:
BHP Cards produces independent, bespoke digital artwork and display items inspired by automotive culture. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any vehicle manufacturers. All vehicle names, models, and badges mentioned are purely descriptive for vehicle personalization.

Accuracy of Vehicle Information:
Custom vehicle specifications (e.g., BHP, Engine Size, Tuning Levels) are printed exactly as entered and approved by the customer. BHP Cards is not responsible for validating the technical accuracy of user-submitted vehicle data once the design proof has been confirmed.
